Receiving Your Order:

If your package is lost, we will either replace it or credit your account, except for perishable items. In the event of physical damage, we will replace the item with an identical one. If you receive items that you did not order, please do not open the package; contact us, and we will ship the correct items as soon as we receive the unopened return.
