To avoid spoilage during transit and keep your items fresh, we prefer to store the packages in our refrigerated warehouse rather than at carrier stations. We recommend placing your orders by Wednesday to ensure they are dispatched within the same week.
Receiving Your Order:
If your order does not arrive within the expected 1-3 day window, please contact us at customer@halalmarketus.com. We will investigate with our carrier and update you within 24 hours. If your package is lost, we will either replace it or credit your account, except for perishable items. In the event of physical damage, we will replace the item with an identical one. If you receive items that you did not order, please do not open the package; contact us, and we will ship the correct items as soon as we receive the unopened return.
