Receiving Your Order:
If your order does not arrive within the expected 1-3 day window, please contact us at customer@halalmarketus.com. We will investigate with our carrier and update you within 24 hours. If your package is lost, we will either replace it or credit your account, except for perishable items. In the event of physical damage, we will replace the item with an identical one.
