Free Shipping:
• For orders over $59.99: Free shipping is available in Zones 1 and 2.
• For orders over $99.99: Free shipping is available in Zones 3 and 4.
Special Considerations for Perishable Products:
To ensure the freshness of perishable products, orders placed on Thursdays and Fridays will be shipped on Monday (for 2-3 day shipping). We recommend placing your order before 3:00 PM to ensure it is delivered to the carrier on the same day. This scheduling helps prevent your items from sitting in a carrier’s facility over the weekend, which could lead to spoilage. To avoid spoilage during transit and keep your items fresh, we prefer to store the packages in our refrigerated warehouse rather than at carrier stations. We recommend placing your orders by Wednesday to ensure they are dispatched within the same week.
Receiving Your Order:
If your order does not arrive within the expected 1-3 day window, please contact us at customer@halalmarketus.com. We will investigate with our carrier and update you within 24 hours. If your package is lost, we will either replace it or credit your account, except for perishable items. In the event of physical damage, we will replace the item with an identical one. If you receive items that you did not order, please do not open the package; contact us, and we will ship the correct items as soon as we receive the unopened return.
